Wicked Diesel's Shipping Policy

At Wicked Diesel, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping for all your automotive part needs. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

Shipping Options

  • Free Ground Shipping:
     Orders over $150 qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Rules and restrictions do apply to our free-shipping policy. See Wicked Diesel for complete details.
  • Standard Ground Shipping:
     Orders under $150 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping:
     Need your parts fast? Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. Rates are calculated based on the order size and destination at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

  • United States Only:
     We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states within the United States.
  • Exclusions:
    • Alaska and Hawaii: We are unable to ship to these locations at this time.
    • International Shipping: We do not ship outside the USA.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing Time:
     Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Ground shipping: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on location.
    • Overnight shipping: Delivered the next business day after processing.
  • Shipping Delays:
     Please note that the following may cause a delay in delivery:
    • A part is on backorder.
    • The item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
    • Unforeseen weather conditions.
       We will notify you promptly if your order is delayed.

Returns and Exchanges

  • 30-Day Return Policy:
     If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. Returns must meet the following conditions:
    • The product is new and in its original packaging.
    • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is obtained by contacting our customer service team.
    • A 20% restocking fee will be applied unless otherwise stated.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
     Certain items, such as custom or special-order parts, may not be eligible for return. Please contact us for details before initiating a return.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns:
     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
