Wicked Diesel VA takes great pride in having you as a customer and we will ensure your privacy as a customer. Wicked Diesel VA does not sell or exchange names or any other information about our customers with third parties.

Examples include customer support specialists, web hosting companies, fulfillment companies (e.g., companies that fill product orders or coordinate mailings), data analysis firms and email service providers. Q: Security

Wicked Diesel VA seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every on-line order is encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.

E-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit credit card numbers. We will only display the last 4 digits of your credit card number on your account.

Shipping & Returns

Q: What shipping options are available?

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50. Overnight shipping available for an additional charge.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We do not ship outside the country at this time.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Currently we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

You may experience a delay due to a part on backorder, parts coming directly from manufacturer or weather conditions.

Q: What is your return policy?

Wicked Diesel offers a 30 day return policy. Must be new and in original packaging. Customer must contact Wicked Diesel to obtain proper RMA documents. A standard 20% restocking fee applies unless otherwise stated.

Q: What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 2 year unlimited mileage parts & labor warranty on all work performed at our shop. *Warranty work must be performed at Wicked Diesel*

Q: What types of vehicles do you service?

We work on medium & light duty diesels including Powerstroke, Duramax, and Cummins. Some gas trucks and cars per request.

Q: What is the turnaround time once my truck is dropped off?

This varies from job to job and weekly. However, we aim to work as quickly as possible while still offering top-notch quality service. We keep our customers up to date as progress is made. Feel free to contact us with any questions while your truck is being serviced.

Q: Does your shop perform state inspections?

Not at this time.

Q: Does Wicked Diesel only offer major engine work?

We have the expertise to do it all, from rebuilding your engine, to performance upgrades, to brakes or an oil change!

Q: Can you do alignments?

Currently, we do not but are looking to offer this in the future. Stay tuned!

Q: Can I bring my wheels and tires and have them mount & balanced at Wicked Diesel?

Yes. We have a tire machine in house that can mount and balance all sizes.
