They are engineered with our exclusive extrude hone process to a perfectly balanced set of 25% over injectors. The Race1 100HP over injectors work great in a completely stock truck as well as one that has been modified with tuning and or turbo upgrades. We typically see a 1-3MPG increase in fuel economy. Each test includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test. Each test cycle checks solenoid response time, back leak flow and fuel delivery. When replacing the injectors in your Cummins 6.7L Common Rail we highly recommend replacing the injector connecting tubes to avoid new injector contamination. For warranty only use OE tubes, using Chinese tubes or any other knock off tube will result in warranty denial. The most common failure we see with new injector installation is contamination.
