SunCoast 4R100 4WD Super Competition Transmission

Super Comp 4R100 features the following:
  • Aeromet super competition billet input shaft
  • SunCoast super competition billet intermediate shaft boasting a 22% increase in shaft diameter
  • - SunCoast super competition billet forward drum made from 4140 HTSR billet steel and comes with both cast and teflon sealing rings.
  • - SunCoast  super competition billet overdrive planet assembly
  • - SunCoast Overdrive planetary housing is made from 4140 HTSR billet steel for high horsepower EXTREME applications
  • - SunCoast super competition billet 4wd output shaft
  • - Forward clutch uses SunCoast custom power pack that includes 5 double sided frictions and 5 Kolene Steels
  • - Intermediate clutch uses SunCoast custom power pack that includes 5 double sided frictions and 5 Kolene steels
  • - Direct clutch uses SunCoast custom powerpack that includes 6 double sided clutches and 6 Kolene steels
  • - overdrive clutch uses SunCoast custom powerpack that includes 5 double sided clutches and 5 Kolene steels


This unit is designed like no other 4R100 on the planet. This is by far the strongest 4R100 build on the market today. The plethora of custom billet parts along with our custom valve body and pump modification ensure that this unit will hold whatever you want to throw at it. This is also a great conversion piece for those 6.0 and 6.4 guys out there with big power builds and happens to work flawlessly with our stand alone controllers.
