Introducing the new Sinister Diesel Intercooler for the 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0. This unit is 100% Made in America and no shortcuts are taken to achieve top quality and performance. Our intercooler utilizes a bar and plate design for superior cooling compared to the factory unit all while being a 100% DROP IN FIT. This intercooler will futureproof your build as it will work just fine with your OEM factory charge pipes AND it can flow enough air to handle over 1200HP comfortably down the road. Our end-tanks are completely hand fabricated from 6061 Aluminum plate and beautifully hand TIG welded. We also utilize CNC machined billet aluminum inlets and outlets so they can handle extremely high clamping force without warpage in order to handle extreme high boost applications.
